1. Who we are
FytYou is operated by PRATIK JAIN HUF, trading as THE VIRAL MEDIA COMPANY.
This policy covers a gym’s subscription to FytYou. It does not govern membership fees or other services that a gym sells to its own members.
2. How to cancel
The gym owner or an authorized representative can request cancellation by emailing support@fytyou.com. Include the gym name, registered account email or phone number, and a clear request to cancel the FytYou subscription. We may verify your authority to act for the gym and will confirm the cancellation and its effective date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable current monthly billing period and prevents further subscription charges for subsequent billing periods. Any outstanding charges already incurred remain payable and may still be collected after cancellation. Stopping use of FytYou or deleting a member account does not itself cancel the gym’s subscription.
3. Monthly billing and active members
Gyms are billed monthly. Pricing depends on the applicable plan and may depend on the number of ACTIVE members, as set out in the gym’s applicable commercial terms.
If a member has ACTIVE membership status with a gym for any amount of time during a billing month, that member is chargeable for the full month. There is no prorated reduction for joining, becoming inactive, or leaving partway through a billing month. For example, a member who is ACTIVE for only one day of a billing month is still chargeable for that full month.
4. Current-period charges and outstanding dues
Charges already incurred for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. Cancellation during a billing period does not entitle the gym to a prorated refund or reduction of those charges. Cancellation does not erase outstanding dues already accrued.
Billing errors and exceptional circumstances may be reviewed as described below. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.
5. Duplicate payments, errors and billing disputes
Report duplicate payments, erroneous charges, genuine billing errors, or other billing disputes to support@fytyou.com. Include the gym name, invoice or payment reference, transaction date, amount and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full card details.
FytYou will investigate the reported issue and correct charges or issue a refund where appropriate. Contact FytYou Support about exceptional circumstances so we can review the request.
6. Approved refunds
Any refund approved by FytYou will be returned through the original payment method where feasible, or another appropriate method permitted by the payment provider and applicable rules. Refund completion is subject to payment-provider and banking processing timelines. Support can provide the available refund status or reference for follow-up.
